At Argan Only, we do our best to process and ship your order as quickly and carefully as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days after successful payment has been received.

During busy periods, holidays, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Argan Only reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or request additional verification for orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or unusual payment activity.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times within the Netherlands are generally 1 to 3 business days after the order has been shipped.

For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates only and no rights can be derived from them.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before the order is completed.

Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Track & Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with track & trace information, if available, so you can follow your package.

When a delivery is marked as delivered through track & trace, the order will be considered delivered to the address provided by the shipping carrier.

Delays

Although we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Argan Only is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee exact delivery times.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Has your order arrived damaged or does your package appear to be lost? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or expected delivery at:

We will do our best to work together toward an appropriate solution.

Liability

Argan Only is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or delays occurring during shipping.

In all cases, the total liability of Argan Only shall be limited to the amount of the relevant order.
