At Argan Only, we believe in conscious care and the quality of pure argan oil. As our products are cosmetic care products, we kindly ask customers to handle returns thoughtfully.
Return Period
You have the right to register your return within 14 days after receiving your order.
After registering your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the product must:
- be unopened and unused;
- be in its original packaging;
- be returned in its original condition and without damage.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, opened, used, or damaged cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.
Argan Only reserves the right to refuse returns when products are visibly used, opened, or not returned in their original condition.
Return Shipping Costs
The costs of returning an order are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend sending returns with a track & trace service. Argan Only is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the return meets our return conditions, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method originally used for the order.
Any original shipping costs will only be refunded when the full order is returned in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
Did your order arrive damaged or did you receive the wrong product? Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery via info@arganonly.com.
We will do our best to find a suitable solution together.
